As we finish the second group of principles for the Federalist 2.0 baselined beliefs this month, this second set is based on Human Nature and the need to manage the overall political environment to ensure that we craft a government that cannot lead to Tyranny. At the Federalist 2.0, there are some methods that can be defined that ensure Tyranny CAN AND WILL prevail if we allow it, and we will state those in this post before we finish the last posting for the Human Nature section to set the stage in driving the causes for our approach. Those methods are defined by a number of communists and can be found from a book called "The Naked Communist," by Cleon Skousen.
From this book the Communist goals have been documented into the US Congressional record on Thursday, January 10, 1963, here is the PDF of those goals that were captured into the historical record:
We have pulled these 45 different objectives and organized them into 9 different groups. Each of these groups of ideas have mostly succeeded over the past 60 years! The first of these groups is the challenge with Trade and International Property Laws. As we read these we find that all of these have to some extent been accomplished in the past 60 years. The restrictions for Trade and Intellectual Property has been soft if non-existent in the past 60 years, and if not, there are calls to open the trade with the communist nations.
Why is this important? Most communist nations stifle innovation and cannot engineer innovation from their limited view on property rights. This leaves them at a disadvantage for competing with the US. We could list all the trade violations and intellectual law violations with China alone, and it would take pages. But, here are the first four objectives for the communists as stated in the 1960s.
(1) Trade & Intellectual Property Options
4. Permit free trade between all nations regardless of Communist affiliation and regardless of whether or not items could be used for war. 5. Extension of long-term loans to Russia and Soviet satellites. 6. Provide American aid to all nations regardless of Communist domination. 14. Continue giving Russia access to the U.S. Patent Office.
The next group is the goals for the United Nations and World Courts, this area has been something I personally have followed and have changed my understanding and position over time. In my early days, I always thought that it would be great to have a world court and a world nation that could deliver justice and hold countries accountable. That is before my understanding around the importance of a Nation's independence is critical to be independent compared to other countries. There is room for a United Nations to help negotiate disputes and navigate challenges. But each nation should not defer their independence to the United Nations. Read these, all of them have been granted, except the last one, the Repealing of the Connelly reservation. This last one has kept the US out of the hands of the UN To date.
(2) United Nations and World Courts
7. Grant recognition of Red China. Admission of Red China to the U.N. 10. Allow all Soviet satellites individual representation in the U.N. 11. Promote the U.N. as the only hope for mankind. If its charter is rewritten, demand that it be set up as a one-world government with its own independent armed forces. (Some Communist leaders believe the world can be taken over as easily by the U.N. as by Moscow. Sometimes these two centers compete with each other as they are now doing in the Congo.) 45. Repeal the Connally reservation so the United States cannot prevent the World Court from seizing jurisdiction over domestic problems. Give the World Court jurisdiction over nations and individuals alike.
This next section shows the extent the socialist movement has infiltrated the culture and socially acceptable mores we live by. Read the list and without thinking get your first impression. You get to a place as you read that part of you might say, yeah all of this seems to be happening but things are not that bad. This seems to be the normal... Yes?
(3) Propoganda Efforts
17. Get control of the schools. Use them as transmission belts for socialism and current Communist propaganda. Soften the curriculum. Get control of teachers' associations. Put the party line in textbooks.
18. Gain control of all student newspapers.
19. Use student riots to foment public protests against programs or organizations which are under Communist attack.
20. Infiltrate the press. Get control of book-review assignments, editorial writing, and policymaking positions.
21. Gain control of key positions in radio, TV, and motion pictures.
22. Continue discrediting American culture by degrading all forms of artistic expression. An American Communist cell was told to "eliminate all good sculpture from parks and buildings, substitute shapeless, awkward and meaningless forms."
23. Control art critics and directors of art museums. "Our plan is to promote ugliness, repulsive, meaningless art."
24. Eliminate all laws governing obscenity by calling them "censorship" and a violation of free speech and free press. 25. Break down cultural standards of morality by promoting pornography and obscenity in books, magazines, motion pictures, radio, and TV.
26. Present homosexuality, degeneracy and promiscuity as "normal, natural, and healthy."
We only need to propose the opposite, what if schools did not promote socialism and instead promoted Federalist 2.0 Republican ideals? What about media? Newspapers/Websites? The breakdown of censorship?
One has to ask the real question, why? Why are these things so important for the socialist revolutionary efforts? The reason is simple, you unleash some of the Barriers to morality and you allow people to adopt a life and belief system that embraces each other’s vice of choice. Once you have an individual locked into their form of vice you now have a way to sway individuals emotionally to make political decisions that would allow the oppression of freewill as well as the limit of options for those not inside the government mechanism.
We now turn to faith based social constructs, the socialist approach is simple, religion needs to stop to support the notion of Humanism... read and remember this was written some 50+ years ago. All of these goals have been successful implemented to some degree.
(4) Deconstruct faith and replace with social constructs
27. Infiltrate the churches and replace revealed religion with "social" religion. Discredit the Bible and emphasize the need for intellectual maturity which does not need a "religious crutch." 28. Eliminate prayer or any phase of religious expression in the schools on the ground that it violates the principle of "separation of church and state." (Remember these goals were published to expose them in 1958. Coincidence?) 39. Dominate the psychiatric profession and use mental health laws as a means of gaining coercive control over those who oppose Communist goals.
40. Discredit the family as an institution. Encourage promiscuity and easy divorce.
41. Emphasize the need to raise children away from the negative influence of parents. Attribute prejudices, mental blocks and retarding of children to suppressive influence of parents.
42. Create the impression that violence and insurrection are legitimate aspects of the American tradition; that students and special-interest groups should rise up and use ["] united force ["] to solve economic, political or social problems.
This last one is the most telling... see this post by Mr Regan, please note it is not an issue around the wildfires but the revelation that there could be a political approach to allowing the fires to start:
We now move to the political and legal realm. These comments in the 2021 arena show the depth and reach these ideas have infiltrated the US. The goal is clear, to get ahold of all major positions of power to influence decision making an ensure the ideas of socialism is embedded into society.
The following help tell the story about the movement of both parties to slow walk the USA to socialism. With the Democrats implementing social programs and the Republican Party just shoring them up at best. Question: Do we outlaw the communist party? Or thoughts or policies of the communist party? The Green New Deal is a socialist/communist dream. Do we really have solid organizations that have solid beliefs? Have both parties been moving left for years? The number of organizations that have grown to defend technical decisions at the expense of our lives while expanding so call Rights of Minority groups has exploded.
(5) Political and Legal Controls
12. Resist any attempt to outlaw the Communist Party. 13. Do away with all loyalty oaths.
15. Capture one or both of the political parties in the United States.
16. Use technical decisions of the courts to weaken basic American institutions by claiming their activities violate civil rights.
Next comes the attack on the constitution. The need to destroy the essence of the founding documents is critical to the success of the Socialist and Communist movements. The challenge with the Constitution of the United States is the essence of the documents prevents the growth and the eventual conversion to a socialist system that overpowers and institutes laws and government institutions that focus on the oppression of the individuals that those powers oversee and limit the opportunities for those citizens that have to live under that government structure. The following are those agenda items from the Naked Communist:
(6) Attack on Constitution and History
29. Discredit the American Constitution by calling it inadequate, old-fashioned, out of step with modern needs, a hindrance to cooperation between nations on a worldwide basis. 30. Discredit the American Founding Fathers. Present them as selfish aristocrats who had no concern for the "common man."
31. Belittle all forms of American culture and discourage the teaching of American history on the ground that it was only a minor part of the "big picture." Give more emphasis to Russian history since the Communists took over.
Are we not hearing reports that the constitution is old and antiquated? There are many people that advocate for the changing or the complete replacement of the constitution. But do we really understand the impact and the intent of the original document? The founding fathers are being marketed as "Selfish", here is a Reddit thread on the subject. Finally, are we changing the history of our heritage here in the United States, are there not groups that have focused on something different and are not in alignment to the founding principles? What are about the 1619 project?
This next set speaks very closely to much of what we are seeing today. The movement to centralized control with the Government at the center of our lives or in somehow providing services that can become central to our lives and our ability to live a decent life. The ignoring and complete disregard of laws when they apply to those that are proposing, pursuing and marching against the US Constitutional powers and proposing and moving forward with the socialist agenda we are outlying here. Does it not explain why all this chaos in 2020 is not seeing anyone be truly held responsible and anyone that is going to jail publicly? The infiltrating of unions and businesses happening as there is more movement to appease the notions of socialism and no resistance to these notions? Here are those goals listed here:
(7) Government Programs and Efforts
32. Support any socialist movement to give centralized control over any part of the culture--education, social agencies, welfare programs, mental health clinics, etc. 33. Eliminate all laws or procedures, which interfere with the operation of the Communist apparatus.
34. Eliminate the House Committee on Un-American Activities. 35. Discredit and eventually dismantle the FBI. 36. Infiltrate and gain control of more unions. 37. Infiltrate and gain control of big business. 38. Transfer some of the powers of arrest from the police to social agencies. Treat all behavioral problems as psychiatric disorders which no one but psychiatrists can understand [or treat].
Finally we come to the final efforts as outlined by the Naked Communist, the efforts to overthrow governments that are not ready for self-rule and the internalization of the Panama Canal. These two items have been implemented to some effect. In the last 50 years, we have seen the different successes of Latin America falling to Socialist rule, such as Venezuela as well as other left leaning movements. Additionally the Panama Canal is no longer managed by the United States, but fortunately the canal was not turned over to international interests, it was turned over to the country of Panama.
(8) International Efforts
43. Overthrow all colonial governments before native populations are ready for self-government.
44. Internationalize the Panama Canal. (Info on Panama Canal is here...)
Disarming the United States has been a long term goal for the left for some time. These following goals, though no longer applicable to some extent, provide the overall theme that the United State's ability to wage a necessary defense was not a goal that the Communists pursued. Number 3 seems to be a theme that we can see most prevalent in the media today and in the social thought that permeates the minds of so many people.
(9) Dis-Arm the United States:
1. U.S. acceptance of coexistence as the only alternative to atomic war. 2. U.S. willingness to capitulate in preference to engaging in atomic war. 3. Develop the illusion that total disarmament [by] the United States would be a demonstration of moral strength. 9. Prolong the conferences to ban atomic tests because the United States has agreed to suspend tests as long as negotiations are in progress.
Note: Areas Not Succeeded from the list... The East and West Germany have been combined and is doing well within this unification. The final item is here:
8. Set up East and West Germany as separate states in spite of Khrushchev's promise in 1955 to settle the German question by free elections under supervision of the U.N.
Given these facts, that there was an ever growing set of communist or socialist goals as early as the 1960s for the brining down of the United States per the Naked Communist with the entry into the public record to this effect. These goals we have grouped in to 9 categories, which we will construct for Federalist into the following 8 groups:
Propoganda -> (3) Propoganda Efforts
Faith and Social Constructs -> (4) Deconstruct faith and replace with social constructs
Political and Legal Controls -> (5) Political and Legal Controls
US Constitution and US History -> (6) Attack on Constitution and History
US Government Programs -> (7) Government Programs and Efforts
United Nations/Courts -> (2) United Nations and World Courts
Intellectual Property and Trade -> (1) Trade & Intellectual Property Options
International Influence and Defense -> (8) International Efforts & (9) Dis-Arm the US
So now we have the categories in which we can derive a system inwhich we can now claim will define "Governance Can be Crafted to Guarantee Tyrants do not Evolve". The only real challenge is for us to go back to the Socialist Goals by category and pull back and summarize their goals within each category to set the playing field.
1) Propoganda
Gain control of the schools, media (Newspapers, TV, Radio, Movies & Social Media)
Gain control of press mechanisms, policy makers and other positions of influence
Destroy art and promote plain and ugly expressions
Breakdown standards of morality
Remove boundaries of the culture
2) Faith and Social Constructs
Remove religion from schools in the spirit of separation of church and state
Replace religion with socially designed government social mores
Dominate the psychiatric profession with defined government social mores
Remove the influence of family and ensure easy disbandment of families
Ensure the parents have no (to little) input to the raising of children
Ensure groups determine the use of force as legitimate form of problem solving
3) Political and Legal Controls
Prevent the outlaw of socialist / communist organizations and views
Remove and demote any organizations that propose and support loyalty
Infiltrate and promote both political parties with government designed social mores
Encourage technical decisions to destabilize American institutions with civil rights
4) US Constitution and US History
Discredit the American Constitution
Discredit the American Founding Fathers
Belittle all forms of American culture and discourage the teaching of American history
5) US Government Programs
Promote any socialist movement to centralize control over the American Culture
Destroy any laws or processes of the government that interfere with socialist objectives
Eliminate any committees that do not support socialism
Discredit and dismantle the FBI and CIA
Gain control of Unions and Big Business
Defund and transfer the powers of arrest from police to social agencies (Law and Order cannot be understood by only the Social Workers and Psychologists)
6) United Nations/Courts
Support the inclusion of Socialist Nations into U.N.
Push for the U.N. to be the One-World Government and One-World Court
Force the United States to Join the One-World Government and Court in the U.N.
7) Intellectual Property and Trade
Encourage and promote free trade with Communist Nations and Trade Imbalances
Promote and encourage long term loans to socialist nations
Provide aid to all socialist nations
Provide free access to the U.S. Patent Office for all Socialist Nations
8) International Influence and Defense
U.S. capitulates to all international conflicts
U.S. accepts the notion of coexistence with Socialist Nations at advantage
Remove U.S. leadership to nuclear testing and investments
Promote all key waterways on the seas to U.N. control
Overthrow all nations not ready for self control and install Socialist Governments
These are the goals for the Socialist here in the United States. We do not need to look farther than the origins of many organizations and their stated goals. We don't need to look farther than some of the legislation such as the "Green New Deal". In the posts ahead, we will refer to these objectives to share the need and desire for Soclaists to implement this strategy. For myself, my brain has to ask Why? What do these things have to do with the ability for socialists to be able to control the United States or any other nation? It has to do with the citizens to be so confused and so angry about their situation, they will happily marshal in the destruction of the United States, by revolt and replacement of the constitution.
So we then have to look at the OPPOSITE position for the Federalist 2.0 to derive the factors that will secure freedom and liberty and prosperity. (Socialism ensures that citizens will not have freedom/liberty/prosperity). My question to you is, have you seen any one clearly define this approach? How many groups or people have tried to state these points of support and have been declared to be racist or some other terrible thoughts? Therefore I say to you, I pledge to you, as Publius, the following, I take an OATH of LOYALTY for the following objectives of the Federalist 2.0:
1) Propoganda
Liberate the schools, media (Newspapers, TV, Radio, Movies & Social Media)
Liberate the press mechanisms, policy makers and other positions of influence
Promote the true essence of art and promote beautiful expressions
Build up cultural morality
Reestablish the boundaries for cultural mores
2) Faith and Social Constructs
Reinstate religion in schools in the spirit of all churches in support of the state
Remove designed government social mores as a standard
Liberate the psychiatric profession with open "faith based" social mores
Strengthen the influence of family and ensure families remain together
Ensure the parents have input to the raising of children
Ensure that groups are aware that force is NOT a legitimate form to solve problems
3) Political and Legal Controls
Outlaw socialist / communist organizations and views
Promote organizations that propose and support loyalty
Liberate both political parties from government designed social mores
Eliminate technical decisions that destabilize American institutions through civil rights
4) US Constitution and US History
Promote the American Constitution
Promote the goals of the American Founding Fathers
Promote the American culture and American history in a fair positive light
5) US Government Programs
Demote/Remove any socialist movement to centralize control on American Culture
Promote any laws or processes that interfere with socialist objectives
Create committees that do not support socialism
Reestablish and provide direction to shore up the FBI and CIA
Liberate Unions and Big Business
Promote the Police and natural desire of Law and Order
6) United Nations/Courts
Support the EXCLUSION of Socialist Nations with the U.N.
Destroy the notion that the U.N. to be a One-World Government and Court
Keep United States separate from the U.N.
7) Intellectual Property and Trade
Limit the free trade with Communist Nations and change Trade Imbalances
Discourage long term loans to socialist nations
Limit aid to all socialist nations
Limit access to the U.S. Patent Office for all Socialist Nations
8) International Influence and Defense
U.S. seeks to overcome all international conflicts in a positive way
U.S. does not coexistence with Socialist Nations
Promote U.S. leadership to nuclear testing and investments
Promote all key waterways to not be under U.N. control
Support Democracy in all nations not ready for self control
The Federalist 2.0 today, September 2020, commits to you the Citizen of the United States and the world these are goals to counter the Socialist/Marxist/Communists goals that will destroy the essence of the individual and chain them to the inevitable life of becoming oppressed by the government's desire to oppress the God given right of Freewill, these new Federalist 2.0 goals will also be committed to ensure that you have an open set of opportunities vs the socialist objective to limit your opportunities to only those things that you are permitted to do.
These goals are American goals and as Publius, we commit to these goals. As such we are now committed to the final blog post for this section "Governance Can be Crafted to Guarantee Tyrants do not Evolve".
In the creation of the Federalist 2.0, it is our goal and commitment to you the reader, to share with you the pieces of the original intent of the US Constitution and Declaration of Independence and why it is critical that we claim this moral imperative to ensure the health and safety of our future generations and our capacity to continue as the Originally Planned United States of America. Once again, through that vision and goal, as Publius I do commit and declare from this day forward, that if myself or others that are deemed to be worthy representations of Publius, we will defend the facts that any power that can be abused will be abused and will always expand to fill the limits of the resistance to the abuse, such that we will provide policy and defense to minimize those groups or factions that threaten to grow their power for their own vices.
