Individual Federalist Measuring
Once we have the method of distribution with a defined philosophy that can help a society point TRUE NORTH** and a method of organization that can help perpetuate this philosophy in a ordered manner, and we have the ability to score people and the culture against their individual events, we need the ability to have self-reporting measures for individuals whom are citizens or whom would hold positions of power within the political body as well as within the journalism body. In this section we will concern ourselves with the general measure of an individual within this context as to where in the Philosophy someone could be measured. As such we are needing to measure an individual's internal understanding against our political framework to understand their mindset and determine where they are thinking within the Federalist 2.0 Philosophy. So as our goals we are needing to determine where the individual's thinking is relative to their understanding of:
1) Daily Risks and their impact on Citizens
2) Markets and how they are managed by the Citizens
3) Natural Laws and how they are perceived by the Citizens
4) Liberty and how it is defined by the Citizens
Through this method then there is a tool for the citizens to be able to determine where they are on the political spectrum within the identified unified theory we call the Unified Theory of Philosophy, Politics and Economics. This theory attempts to explain the nature and intent of governance within the context of Risks, Markets, Natural Law and Liberty. Where, depending on the measures, can indicate if you have the right mix to be someone whom would most likely increase wealth or destroy wealth within your society.
We have hypothesized the overall nature of man/women and man's/woman's ability to continue as a society through time is highly correlated to the ability for mankind to generate wealth. As such these key factors can show whether a society can prosper or not. This hypothesis can be correlated to a measure that can be taken by an individual and, if self-reported to the Federalist 2.0 Organization, the measurement could help guide the individual to a better outcome. Personal measurements are part of our society, they are called Personality Tests. There are several different measurements of people's personality that exist today, the following is a short discussion around what those are and how they work:
1) The most interesting thing about these personal tests has been the progression of the personality tests, see the link for the description. The most famous of these is the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and the DISC test. All of them do not indicate someone is wrong with a person or someone is worse off than another person, they just indicate what type of personality someone might be. For the most part they are accurate. Finally, we get to discuss the notion around what personality tests revel. A paper, that paper is posted below, goes into the discussion around how effective these tests are and how should they be used.

NOTE: Each of these measurements are used within the business setting, not so much to determine if someone should remain, but how each member works and how one can best approach the other member. The goal that the Federalist 2.0 efforts are to help determine whom would best be able to represent the citizens to ensure that society has a long-term successful outcome. And for successful outcomes, wealth generation has the largest factor of society's survival vs. more liberal agendas such as global warming propositions which can reduce the wealth of a nation and jeopardize the survivability of that nation (Or for more accurate description, minimizing the size of the underprivileged class of people).
2) The most telling of measures is known as an index, this index is called the "Predictive Index" which was developed in the 1950s to help predict the success of individuals and teams in the battlefield as well as within the workplace environment. This assessment was able to define a process that allows businesses to develop a specific target "fit" for a given position and then companies can test people with the predictive index to see if they would be the best fit or not. Not as a defining factor, but a guide to best understand if someone will stay long term in a position.

NOTE: This format and approach can be replicated for the Federalist 2.0 framework and can be an indicator as to what type of policy someone might generate and what level of commitment they would hold to a view and how that view is deployed within the Government. With this as the context we then can come to our 9th Question:
Question 9: What type of scale can properly capture the alignment and understanding of the knowledge in a citizen's world view such that other citizens can determine if the citizen they are considering for a political position is aligned to the concepts of liberty and freedom?
As such, we must then push forward one of the natural theories of societies:
Theory 9: Changing Individual Political Social Norms - An individual that is not held to a philosophy or concept of consistent governance structure will be bound to the whims and desires of those they are dependent upon for their own political survival (The Political Class/Group). This results in pursuing a political world view that slowly and purposely grows the power of the Political Class/Group which eventually hinders the citizen's ability to express their own liberty and freedom which eventually prepares the way for tyranny.
NOTE: These theories should be scrutinized within the scientific method such that we can hone in on a God given truth, and allow that truth to be more accurate as time passes.
Within this context then, we must initiate a method that can combat this theory. This method must utilize the existing approaches and techniques that itself is attempting to combat. This method must be flexible and allow a society to make errors and mistakes such that they always make policy decisions that head TRUE NORTH**.
Method 9: Within the context of the Federalist 2.0 philosophy, there is a need to develop a self-assessment measurement tool which can be easily administered to the citizens of a country to quickly measure the beliefs of citizens that are inside or outside of the public arena. This measurement should be available as a manual method or as a electronically recorded method to be viewed only by other citizens and the Federalist 2.0 organization allowing the citizens to assess their own alignment to Federalist 2.0 Philosophy over time.
For the Federalists 2.0, we recognize that any measuring mechanism can become corrupt over time or deviate from its original intent, as such, we submit that the use of this measuring tool is only held as long as the measuring mechanism is maintained for the good of ALL citizens. If given the chance, humans will try to corrupt this measuring mechanism over time to best focus its efforts to provide an advantage to their own groups or friends to reward them over time and as such allow them to engage in their own vices. When such events happen, it is up to the Board of the Federalist 2.0 organization to eliminate those that are not focused on the goal of the organization and make efforts to rectify the situation. If the situation is not resolved, it is fully within a group of citizens to separate and create their own competing measuring mechanism using some or all the philosophies outlined within the Federalist 2.0 organization.
**TRUE NORTH: The notion of a TRUE NORTH heading is the idea that there is a method of thought that is spiritual in nature that is morally sound within the context of God. This notion and belief in ONE TRUE GOD provides a moral approach to how the world is viewed and how cultural and political decisions can and should be made to minimize the pain some groups endure given a political class's governing approach. TRUE NORTH maximizes an individual's ability to cleanse their soul, sharpen their character and build a sustainable society through wealth generation.
