Certification
Once we have the method of distribution with a defined philosophy that can help a society point TRUE NORTH** along with a scheduled framework for discussion of this philosophy, as well as a location to publish works that hold true to this type of philosophy as well a system that can support these notions long term, as well as an organization that helps manage all aspects of this philosophy and approach, there needs a method to reward citizens for studying and learning about this philosophy and measure their knowledge about the said philosophy. There also needs a method in which to identify as someone who has this knowledge to be able to do the following:
1) Prove to citizens they have the knowledge for political positions through a certification
2) Method to revoke someone of a certification if they do not hold to the principles of the Certification
3) Citizens would have the ability to integrate into groups/events that are slated for certification holders
4) Citizens could recognize each other's knowledge thought a Karate Style Black Belt Notion
Through this method then there is a tool for the citizens to all be able to reach this status given enough studying and enough experience in engaging the political group in ensuring they perform their duties to the best interest of ALL citizens. The following are the examples for how organizations use certifications to maintain a philosophy or approach for their industry:
1) There are overall discussions that articulate the importance of the Certification in industry, but this notion has not been fully vetted within the context of politics. The reasons we are sure are plenty, but those reasons pale in comparison to the positive impacts if pursued. This article shares the positive impact of Certifications in industry and those are: 1) Happier Employees 2) Peace of Mind of employees and employers 3) Greater confidence in the Business and 4) Boost in Productivity. If these are the positive impacts on Business, would it not be too far to assume that if we had a Certification that had a focus on a well mentored focused implementation of Government that preserves liberty, freedom and secures a citizen's safety and happiness, would we not do it? Could we not imagine that if all interested citizens and politicians had a common certification that drove the politic body and their policies to a TRUE NORTH** would it not look like the following? 1) Happier Citizens 2) Citizen's Peace of Mind 3) Greater confidence in the Government and the Country and 4) A Boost to the economy, way of life and happiness of its citizens.

NOTE: Though this approach advocates for a Certification, the likes of mankind should be careful to ensure that this Certification NOT BECOME a requirement for office or public services. The moment it becomes a requirement, then the citizens will see efforts to game that certification process and guide a society to open the door to oppression and leverage to control government decisions for a group or individual's advantage.
2) This group "Burning-Glass" has generated a report that outlines the value and importance of the notion of a Certification in industry in general. The benefits and the importance to those industries are undeniable, but there has not been a notion of Certification within politics and having a Certification within a Political Group such as Democrats and Republicans, only perpetuate the notion and desire to grow power over the citizens. NOTE: Remember that throughout history, the notion of government was ALWAYS the larger group taking control of the means of government to make another group subservient to the political class and the times that this had changed was when a country lost a war and or the people revolted. The ONLY nation that was able to establish the hope in time and mechanisms in time to allow the population to return the society to a time of lesser government control is the United States of America. But those mechanisms need to be utilized and made available and properly wielded, so how to you find those people that will wield their power within the context of the Constitution and Declaration of Independence? How do you find them and how do you keep them honest to those effects? You do that with the notion of a Certification.
Question 6: What type of technology can properly capture the knowledge a citizen should have to oversee the workings of government to best secure the citizen’s liberty and freedom and ensure that liberty and freedom is secured for the ages?
As such, we must then push forward one of the natural theories of societies:
Theory 6: Political Conceptual Boundaries - Within a population, if no tool or technology exists that properly captures the knowledge and ideas that hold a society together, a society will be subjected to the ills and mechanisms of Propaganda to influence wrong headed ideas and demoralize a citizenry to vote for political causes or parties who would use their power to increase their control over the citizens of that society. In so doing, that citizen population will fracture into groups that more focus each group's propaganda to the point of physical violence and call for complete control by said party that has the most power, thus leading to tyranny.
NOTE: These theories should be scrutinized within the scientific method such that we can hone in on a God given truth, and allow that truth to be more accurate as time passes.
Within this context then, we must initiate a method that can combat this theory. This method must utilize the existing approaches and techniques that itself is attempting to combat. This method must be flexible and allow a society to make errors and mistakes such that they always make policy decisions that head TRUE NORTH**.
Method 6: With the development of our core set of values for distribution (See The Beat, The Schedule, The Clearing House, The System, The Entity), there needs to be a method to conceptually contain this body of knowledge and provide mechanisms to protect this body of knowledge from those with ill intent and a corruptive mind toward growing control over citizens at the expense of Liberty and Freedom. This method, as we see fit today, would be best suited to be formed into a Certification called "The Federalist 2.0 Certification".
For the Federalists 2.0, we recognize that any certification can become corrupt over time or deviate from its intent, as such, we submit that the use of this certification is only held if the certification is maintained for the good of ALL citizens. If given the chance, humans will try to corrupt this certification over time to best focus its efforts on that person's own groups or friends to reward them over time and as such allow them to engage in their own vices. When such events happen, it is up to the Board of this organization to eliminate those that are not focused on the goal of the organization and make efforts to rectify the situation. If the situation is not resolved, it is fully within a group of citizens to separate and create their own competing certification using some or all of the philosophies outlined here.
**TRUE NORTH: The notion of a TRUE NORTH heading is the idea that there is a method of thought that is spiritual in nature that is morally sound within the context of God. This notion and belief in ONE TRUE GOD provides a moral approach to how the world is viewed and how cultural and political decisions can and should be made to minimize the pain some groups endure given a political class's governing approach. TRUE NORTH maximizes an individual's ability to cleanse their soul, sharpen their character and build a sustainable society through wealth generation.
